This is a good tool. The voice over with pics offers a nice bit of variety. I am going to go to Slideshare and check it out for myself. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Ryan.
It looks like a helpful tool. Since this is my first go around with it, it's a little rough, but I like the online learning potential it offers. Hope all is well for you. Congrats on your decision to stick around for a little while longer over there. May God bless you in these days.

Tim, good effort here. Your voice was really hard to hear for the first 2 minutes or so, and then all of a sudden it just got louder. Later, your voice had an echo effect for a few seconds.

FYI--there is a major difference between being team-oriented and community-oriented. In fact, I would argue that the millennial generation is an extremely selfish generation, especially when it comes to community. They desire community primarily for what they can get out of it, not what they can offer to it.

Jim!
First off, thanks for your comment. Always glad to have a successful marathon runner contribute to the conversation.

I also appreciate the feedback on the technical side. I put this thing together in about 20 minutes because I wanted to try it. I learned a lot just by doing it. Here's what some of what I've learned:
*Need to better mix my audio on Audacity.
*Quicker slide transitions...no more that 60 seconds on one slide since that's what people are watching.
*Better ending.

Thanks for the clarification on the team-building vs community building. While highly selfish, there is a greater tie to communal identity. I think millennials will be whatever the group wants them to be. Perhaps it's because these young people are exposed to so many more experiences and opportunities that they learn to work with others better.
