I could never stand energy drinks. While yeah some of my friends survive only by consuming MASS quantities of red bull, monster, &c., I can't tolerate the stuff. Not only because it tends to smell pretty bad, but knowing what's in it in terms of caffeine and sugar just makes it impossible for me to drink. Energy drinks can be a useful tool sometimes, but overuse.... ouch.

@Jonathan - appreciate the feedback. These things aren't for everyone. Typically, I'm a black and strong coffee drinker. But this stuff packs a punch when you need it.

My favorite right now is Amp.

Although, I'd highly suggest the Pomegranate Rock Star drink as well.

tim

Andrew! - Ahh yes...another Amp fan. And Rock Star would be next on my list. Thanks for adding it here.

Caballo Negro(Black Horse) is a great tasting kicker! If you find Red Bull, Monster and Rockstar full of energy, I recommend you leave the Black Horse alone. No sense in getting on the Horse if you can't handle it. Caballo kick leaves the rest in the dust.
